Witch hazel floral water is an astringent which stimulates microcirculation and attenuates congestive eruptions of the face. To obtain a high-quality floral water, the spring water used for the distillation passes through the selected plants several times collecting water-soluble substances, in the following ratio: 1 liter of water to 1 kilogram of plants.
